The Vaccine Rollout campaign is a continuation of ASU's successful campaign, Return to Campus: Forks Up, Mask Up.
As COVID-19 vaccines became readily available to the public, our goal was to show encouraging visuals and friendly messaging for people to easily digest. Visual components resulted in forms of social media posts, digital displays, print signage, and gifs for ASU's GIPHY channel.

The vaccine rollout campaign was implemented in the Summer of 2021 in preparation for the new school year.
In order to differentiate the previous campaign from the current one, we went ahead and limited the usage of ASU Gold for print and digital signage. We found that reducing the color and using the gold to support important massages or features within the icons, it allowed viewers to process the valuable information easier and much faster.
Once the icons were polished, a few icons were selected to be animated and used across ASU's social media platforms and digital displays across campus.

As part of the campaign, we also heavily focused on our print signage that was distributed across all ASU campuses.
Because of the quick turnaround times due to Covid-19 and vaccine guidelines being updated within the state and nationwide, our job was to create templates of various sizes to make the process quick and efficient.
Many of the print signage was put in ASU classrooms and offices, public events, campus walkways, and even some local businesses chose to display our signage on their window and storefronts.

Four Winds Interactive is the software UTO uses to manage content enterprise-wide on the ASU's digital signage network.
With new COVID-19 and Vaccine guidelines being updated periodically, our goal was to create a template in order to update our messaging across ASU campuses. Video messages occur twice per hour on every screen.
